Spring’s long-awaited produce is making its way to markets, so get ready to celebrate its arrival!  Join Williams-Sonoma this weekend (March 8-9) for an in-store technique class and learn how to prepare strawberries, peas, asparagus and new potatoes in fresh-tasting dishes that are great for entertaining.  This is a free, hour-long technique class and includes tastings of prepared dishes.  Participants will get a 10% discount on select same-day store purchases.
